I had my son in her care and not only will she belittle you that your child is awful and your an awful parent she abused my 2 year old son at the time and my 2 year old comes home with bruises on his arm and he says "Ms Penny told me to not tell you because she would be mad" what 2 year old makes that up and then DCF comes to my house pulls him alone and he tells them exactly word for word and tells them the name of the children that she is doing this to. Plus I work for child care and in 6 years for every company I worked for there is a hell story about this woman cause whomever I worked with used to work for her. She is a demanding awful woman and if I ever see her it won't be pretty for her. How a child abuser is still opened is beyond me she probably sucks so much dick that's why she is opened.
