Doctors Treatment Center — Establishment and hospital at 240 East Street, Plainville, Connecticut.

I recently took my elderly mother (85) there after she had a fall 2 weeks earlier and was still in pain. There were several people in the waiting room so we expected a bit of a wait (it wasn't an emergency otherwise would have gone to the ER). Anyway, the wait was less than expected considering the room was pretty full (maybe 30 minutes, thought it would be longer). The staff was great, the nurse was so good with my mom, and the Xray staff also were great. But my mom absolutely loved Dr. Kei who just had the best bedside manner, totally knew exactly how to put my mom at ease. He took SO MUCH time with her, and explained everything in a way she could understand. He was pretty awesome and she kind of wished she could have him as her PCP. When we left we both agreed this was such a great experience and even though my mom was in some pain they all made her smile. We will definitely go back (but hope we don't need to!) The care was awesome
